How to use Kermit

To warn, kick or punish a user you must first enter a username, to do this right click on a username go to the bottom of the list where it says for example, ‘x_sexy_ho_x’, this will instantly put the username into the Kermit panel.
To warn a user enter their name and then click warn and choose the correct warning relating to the incident e.g. face on cam.
To kick a user enter their name and then click kick and choose the correct kick reason for instance face on cam.
To punish a user enter their name and then click punish and again choose the correct punish reason, for instance face on cam.
To edit your reasons click ‘Prefs’ > ‘Edit’ > ‘Edit Reasons.’ Once your default reasons have loaded click on the reason you wish to edit and then click ‘Edit,’ the ‘Reason’ box will then have that current reason in, edit it to suit you.
To add a reason enter a reason in the ‘Reason’ box and then underneath in the ‘Short Name’ box enter a code which will appear in the ‘Kick’ menu, then click ‘Add.’ Once you have finished editing or adding your reasons click the ‘Close’ box.
Reasons to warn/kick/punishing
Warnings must be given on most occasions before kicking and punishing, this must be a clear warning such as “Respect all users” and not “STFU.” The user then knows what they have done wrong and can prevent themselves from doing it again. If the user doesn’t do as you ask or goes against what you have said, kick them giving them a reason relating to the incident. If the user comes back again warn them, kick them if they carry on. Complete this process 3 times and if they don’t comply again punish them.
Reasons for kicking can be:

  • Face on cam
  • Directing
  • Video capturing (No need for warning)
  • English only
  • Dark/Black cams
  • Respect
  • No cams (No need for warning)
  • Wrong icons (No need for warning)
  • Wanking ( instant punish)
  • Never kick a blue/green user.

At times you may need to block someones microphone due to no sound, them playing music or loud sound. To do this right click on there name on the room user list and click ‘block mic’ to reverse this and unblock do the exact same.
